14-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is in brand new and original condition.
  • The item has not been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories are attached and included.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Change of Mind & Incorrect Sizing

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Where appropriate, we may offer store credit instead, subject to the item meeting our return conditions.

Customers are encouraged to carefully check product descriptions, sizing information, and measurements before completing their purchase.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and labels attached.
  • Replacement items are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered instead.
  • All returned items are assessed by management before an exchange or store credit is approved.
  • Items that do not meet the conditions of this policy may be refused for exchange or store credit.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and provide your proof of purchase and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Once we receive the returned item, management will inspect it to ensure it meets the requirements of this policy. If approved, we will arrange the eligible exchange or provide store credit, subject to product availability.
